The MCAF Employment Team provides assistance for newcomers interested in working in the Fredericton Region. When visiting the MCAF for the first time you will be assigned an Employment Counsellor who will help you to identify your strengths and goals. Together you and your employment counselor will create a strategic action plan. Towards helping you reach your employment goals, we facilitate group sessions and workshops on various employment topics such as résumé and cover letter writing, interview strategies, networking, etc. Your Employment Counselor will help you:
